My URL showing Verified but not claimed, how do I fix it?

I have a shopify account and then I have a URL with my main domain through Go Daddy and redirected at my shopify account, google showing my URL verified but not claimed. How do I fix this? Should I be using my shopify account even though its not my main domain URL?

verification is done via a google-webmaster-tools-account;
the claim is done via the google-merchant-center-account.

the google-account used for webmaster-tools and
the google-account used for the merchant-center
must be the same.

the website url that is verified and claimed
must be the same and conform to google's
rules and policies.

if you are handling the merchant-center-account directly,
simply login to the google-account that is associated with
both webmaster-tools and the merchant-center, and claim

the website url under the merchant-center's general settings.

if a third-party is handling the merchant-center-account for you
either directly or indirectly then, simply contact the third-party
directly (first) so that the claim is handled properly under the

proper merchant-center account or sub-account.

for example, simply contact shopify-support directly.
