My Google Merchant Account is suspended

The first thing, my account is locked and received E-mail asking me to add a phone number. I have fixed it and have not yet been approved to reopen my account.
Then I got more notice, Insufficient match of microdata price information, 17% of crawls within the last 7 days had a price mismatch. I tried to fix the error, From 40% and now only 17%. Almost as much data has been added and edited. How do I do it, I want to be free from that serious mistake. I have been experiencing this problem for 1 month. I am looking forward to the help!!!

first, thank you for the screen-captures and related links and details.

a misrepresentation policy-violation is rather serious.

if google has indicated that adding a phone-number was an issue,
and the misrepresentation policy-flag remains, then google is likely
looking for many many more trust-related signals.

for example, on the contact-us page, google tends to look for trust-related
signals such as posted business-hours, a valid phone-number that rings and
will be answered during normal business-hours, a valid business-email, and
a valid business-street-address that will resolve properly on google-maps --
all in plain text, that google can crawl and verify -- in addition to any related
contact-us web-form.

for example, a very good track-record of ratings and reviews for the business --
especially fully addressing any negative reviews for the business or products.

as to insufficient-match and microdata issues --

insufficient-match typically indicates that some form of automated price
changing or currency exchange is occurring -- that is not allowed -- all
prices must be fixed and appear the same, to all users, in all locations;
or, there are time-out or other issues with the website, such that a site
cannot respond fast enough, or properly, to all google's crawl requests.

however -- if the misrepresentation policy violation has not been removed
by the google policy-teams, then no amount of fixing any microdata issues
will change the outcome of the suspension.

some suspensions are simply permanent.

for permanent suspensions, about the only path to fix the issue
is to use other advertising services, that do not involve google --
there is no other fix.
