My Account Got Suspended After I Published Listings[ Edited ]

So I recently created a Google merchant account to sell my laptops I have posted on laptopmountain.com. I used an app through Shopify to publish the listings. I then waited for them to be reviewed and thats when I get an email from Google stating that my account had been suspended. In the email it says to refer to their policy as to why I got suspended. In their policy it says they will email me with specific reasons why my listing weren't approved. They never sent me that email. What I don't understand is why they went as far as suspending my account. This is my first merchant account. It makes no sense.
I've called and emailed Google multiple times. In the emails they say they have exhausted all their resources in to trying to get my account unsuspended. Then last Friday I talked to a gentleman on the phone who said my account had been suspended for being highly suspicious. He looked at it and said that made no sense, so he was going to contact an engineer and figure out what the problem was. He then told me to expect a call back 20-30 minutes later and now it has almost been a week and no word back. I then called three time today and basically got the same answer every time. They told me there is an issue with my website that led to my suspension, but cannot provide any specific detail to why it is suspended and what I did wrong. I then talked to a supervisor who said he was going to refer my case to a specialist and that I should expect an email within the next 4-6 hours. Currently as I type this it is still within the 4-6 hour window, so there could possibly be a reply.
I created my merchant account about 2-3 weeks ago and published my products once. Now I'm suspended and left dead in the water. No explanation of why. I'm really tired of the run around Google is sending me through. I am now very confused and would appreciate any help with my issue. Thank you.
Re: My Account Got Suspended After I Published Listings
First, I see you are selling refurbished products. In the data feed you have to assign condition refurbished.
Second, Google states that selling refurbished products is limited. Meaning the chances are high you can not sell them. As stated per policy.
So my professional opinion is that you are most likely not able to sell the products because there are refurbished / used products. And selling used laptops has a high risk of customers being dissatisfied.
Again this is my opinion and does not reflect Google's
