Multi-client merchant center accounts and remarketing

Hi there,

We recently switched to a multi-client account in Google Shopping/Merchant Center which has been great.

Unfortunately it seems to have made us unable to create a remarketing campaign under adwords using the linked multi-client parent account. It's all set up but it doesn't pull in any products.

Any insights?

generally, be certain the proper adwords-account and campaign --
created for dynamic-remarketing -- is linked with the proper (client's)
sub-account that contains the client's data in the merchant-center.

also, be certain the product id's in the dynamic-remarketing
tags have not changed within the (client's) sub-account feed --
especially if the client is transitioning from an existing account.

a multi-client-account is mainly for administrating multiple
clients and their data -- as an aggregator (multiple domains)
or marketplace (single domain); the parent-account is mainly
an administrative login to administer (client) sub-accounts
and data, but has no associated inventory data of its own.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to contact a person at
adwords directly so they can look into the accounts, sub-accounts,
and associated dynamic-remarketing tags and campaigns.
