Hello

Looking for some help please -  Our account has been suspended as per the subject above and after a Manual Review is remains suspended ,we have reviewed our site and really cannot find an issue .

Our  site is  : https://www.meaco-dehumidifiers.ie

It is a relatively new site but we have other similar sites with no issues

Some guidance would be very much appreciated.

.

Thanks

Nicholas

Hi there;
What was the reason for suspension mentioned in the email received from Google? (Look for this email - it is the key for understanding the issue)

Already one reason is the request to accept cookies before allowing to see the website. You are not aloud to block content, product data etc... or ask to accept cookies

Instead you need to make it a in browser popup in the corners where it does not obstruct the flow of seeing the product data.

On the contact page you do not have an email address, also take the address and phone numbers from the footer info section to the main contact page.

Hope it helps

Hello Moshe

Thanks for the response

This is the review mail reason

"We have reviewed the Merchant Center Account and the policy disapproval remains because the merchant center account continues to be in violation of our Misrepresentation of Self or Products / Highly suspicious policy. "

generally, for shopping-ads, google does not allow multiple similar
websites, or multiple websites with any similar physical inventory --
all such related sites risk suspension, at any time and usually raise

policy-flags related to trust and misrepresentation, at some point.

only one ad-account, one merchant-center-account,
with one website, per advertiser, is the general rule.

the policy-flag may also include misrepresentation-signals

related to the business-model, business-practices, or how

a business, or physical inventory, have been represented

to the public, especially over time.

We do have another website /sub account with a google feed containing one duplicate  product that is also contained in the suspended account.   We will remove it an see if it changes things.   We are advised by Google to set up these sub -accounts under our main account

the policy typically includes any similar products

on completely different websites or marketplaces,

or cookie-cutter or similar sites targeting, the same

country with inventory that is owned, or submitted,

by the same merchant/advertiser -- not necessarily

exact duplicate items or exact duplicate content.

yes, a multi-client-account with a sub-account

per website is required to support multiple sites

using the same merchant-center-account --

however, that assumes the multiple websites

and inventory adhere to all rules and policies.

for example, multiple, different, top-level domain sites,

with the same products, that are targeting completely

different countries, that adhere to each target-country's

rules, do not violate the policies.

that said, google is the final arbiter of all policies.
