Merchant account suspended what i do

 I get my an email to inform me google shop account is suspended for violating price and payments of google.and I have fixed them.requesting a reevaluation of your feed.I have sent my request for 4days.there is no google staff conntect me and reevaluate my account.what i need to do ?

(1) be certain that the item's price within the submitted (feed) data,

the item's price displayed on the website, and the price charged to

the customer, match exactly at all times -- also, be certain that all

collected checkout information is https/ssl secure.


be certain the price and all information on the landing-page

is identical for all users, at all times, regardless of where a

user might be physically located.


importantly, automated price-currency conversion is generally not allowed.


(2) after all issues have been fixed, both within the feed and on

the website, re-upload the feed with all items that you wish to list.


check the feed-status-summary report and the quality-tab within

the merchant-center, approximatly 72-hours after the feed has

been re-uloaded -- check for any feed or website issues.


(3) submit the following form:

be certain the contact information is accurate and up-to-date.


there is no set time for how long the reevaluation may take;

to help avoid delays be certain all (feed) data submitted and

the website adhere to all rules, policies, and requirements.


(4) otherwise, a google-adwords representative

from the google-ads-team may be contacted here --

be certain to use the drop-down country menu, and the
drop-down language menu, to display the appropriate
contact details for your country, language, and time zone.

when contacting adwords, be certain to emphasize

that the issue concerns "product listing ads".
