Merchant Center, Local Business, Single Feed?

I'm setting up a business' local inventory for Merchant Center and the documentation suggests that there are at least 2 feeds needed for this: one for products and their descriptions and another for product stock amounts. My question is, could the entire process be achieved (and updated regularly) using a single feed with all the required information?

the short answer is no.

both feeds are required and must be submitted separately.

the daily local-products-feed is a critical list of product item-offer
details, indicates what physical-item details may be shown to

users within individual ads, and where ads may be optimized

for higher quality and better performance in the ad-auctions.

the local-product-inventory-feed is critical for per-store inventory details
and indicates a specific local-store where an item is available for purchase.

local-inventory-ads are designed to drive foot-traffic to
a specific physical-store -- so both feeds are required.

for the daily local-product-inventory-feed --
an incremental-local-product-inventory-feed
may be submitted, rather than the full list.
