Merchant Center Account Suspended for No Reason

Please help my account was randomly suspended 

Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation of self or product (Untrustworthy promotions)


I have been selling for 2 years, and never had a problem, then they just randomly was suspended, so I am so confused. I call Google and keep getting individual who barley speak English, and keep giving me the run around, does anyone have any better emails that I send directly my merchant account concerns, or any better phone number?


I guess this is what I get for being faithful, it just doesn't make any sense what so ever! 

Please help, with a better phone number or email I can contact the merchant center with, there help department is no help at all!

Please share your site's URL. Usually this type of suspension is for an on-site issue.

The only number you can call is Google Adwords, which relays the suspension reasons from Google's Shopping Policy Review Team.

Make sure you only request this once, submitting multiple times even weeks apart can result in permanent suspensions, no replies or future support. If the support is non existing this mostly means that it is a serious violation and do not relay the solution to avoid other merchants circumventing these policies.


For example, you might be a drop shipper, you might have no contact details, you might have a bad returns policy, etc etc... Reading Google's policies is the first requirement to making sure you are inline with all current policies :


A suspension can happen even years after initial approval and is always down to violations that are initially hard to detect. Or not a priority to be detected.
