Merchant Center Account Has Been Suspended

Recent I have email from Google Merchant Center as below. And I search this problem for a long time, but can not find a appropriate way to solve this, did anyone meet this problem before, and have solved this successfully, thank you so much!

 

Dear Google Shopping Merchant,

We've reviewed your Google Merchant Center account, and found policy violations.

Your Merchant Center account has been suspended, and your products no longer appear on Google Shopping. Note that a suspension notification is also displayed in your Merchant Center account. In addition, related Merchant Center accounts may also get suspended.

Your Merchant Center account is in violation of the following policies:

UNTRUSTWORTHY PROMOTIONS (MISREPRESENTATION OF SELF OR PRODUCT)

The online shopping experience offered through your website was considered unsatisfactory for Google Shopping users at this time. In determining whether a merchant or site is untrustworthy we may review information from multiple sources including your website, product listings, accounts and 3rd-party sources. Due to the sensitive nature of the review we are unable to provide further details. Finally, we encourage you to build a track record of good customer service.

This is a serious violation and may result or is currently permanently suspended. Make sure you follow all policies and requirements. If Google does not provide any further info on how to resolve the issue, than the likelihood of getting the account approved is non existing. In some cases the review team may have made a mistake, but is very rare. You will need to read and understand all policies and find out what area you might have been in the grey area or where Google might have incorrectly viewed your data. The task at hand is beyond the scope of our volunteer as community members.

 

Every merchant / advertiser needs to read all policies
