Marketplace Website Help!

Hi All,

I was helping an advertiser with setting up his PLA's and he has a marketplace website, Ideally this requires them to have a multi-client account but the problem is they are paying for all the clicks so cant they have an individual merchant account ??

They submit data feeds on behalf of the business listed on their site and also pay for their clicks.

Please post your views.

Regards,

SAM

a merchant-center multi-client-account is required for a marketplace site --
and each individual marketplace-seller must be in a separate sub-account.

billing and campaign details depend on how the linking is done --
either under the multi-client-account's general-settings,
or per seller under each sub-account's general-settings,
and if the (linked) adwords-account is a my-client-center-account (or not).

before proceeding, the best likely course would be to contact a
person on the google-ads-team and indicate that the question is
about product-listing-ads for a marketplace-website -- include
details about their current structure and how they would like to
handle feeds, billing, and campaigns for their marketplace-sellers.
