Hey guys,

Quick question. We are in Canada and are trying to run some Local Invetory Ad campaigns. We already have regular shopping campaigns up and running with no problem.

We have uploaded both required feeds, (Local Products) + (Local Products Inventory) We have followed the Google onboarding guide to the letter, no dissaproved items upon feed submission, yet the products in our feed remain 'pending' for 3 weeks now. We are not even able to request inventory verification from a Google rep, since the products are not yet active.

The most Frustrating part, is that no one at Google Ads support seems to know anything about Local Inventory Ads or feeds. They can only talk about regular Shopping feeds.

This is the Google guide we have followed to create both required feeds:

Can anybody here help?

first, you're welcome

assuming the data and data-mapping are set up properly, a few weeks
can be typical for local-inventory-ad feeds to be reviewed initially.

sometimes, the process can take longer if google requires time for scheduling
the teams that review the feed and store details, take part in an on-site store

visit, that can take at least a day, or phone-verification, that can take hours.

otherwise, more typically, there are policy,
or technical, issues hindering the process.
