I have followed all the steps indicated in the tutorial (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6351218) but my prestashop site does not link ot my merchant account.

What can be wrong or how can this be configured manually?

This could get a little tricky because the API into Google Shopping is a 3rd party application.  I have run into this problem with Shopify and BigCommerce API feeds.

First thing, double-check the details of everything in the tutorial.  If you're sure you set it up right, then contact Prestashop for support (phone call is probably your best shot).

As an interim solution, you can export the database into a spreadsheet, import it into a GSheet, and make that the feed for the Merchant Center.  You'll have to enter any product updates or additions manually, of course, until you figure out the API problem.

the not being able to link with supported third-party imports is
a known technical issue with google and the merchant-center
without any specific time line for a fix.

the best likely course would be to simply contact
prestashop-support for potential alternatives and

also possibly ask within the petrashop forums:
