Items are neither disapproved nor active

At the Diagnostics tab, it says 'Looking Good' to all aspects such Account, Feeds, and Items.  Yet the items are not active and not disapproved as well. May I ask what should do or what could I have missed?

 

Also when go to the 'Products' tab, no items are listed.  May I ask the reason why there are no items in the 'Products' tab?

A quick tip, check if the method you are using ie: txt, fetch (xml) or other method has not errors.

For example an XML file could not be correctly formatted. Which Google can not read.

This is just a wild shot in the dark.

Me and my team were able to figure it out. Now the items are seen in the 'Products' tab. Though there are some couple more errors, they are minor and can fixed.

True enough though, it's a matter of trial and error process to be able to assess which ones are right and which are wrong.

first, you're welcome, that is good news, and thank you for the update.

there are hundreds of different issues that can cause the same situation --
forum members can mainly offer general information unless more exact
details are posted here in the public forum; such as the exact steps taken,
exact messages, screen-captures, exact feed entries, etc.; however, only a
support specialist can look directly into the feed and account.

thank you very much for the links Celebird.

We were about to opt to send email to the Google Merchant support but we really tried hard and review everything first, where we might have missed or maybe we haven't tried every possible way to solve it yet. The links have enlightened us too, on some other details.
