Item Disapprovals in Google Merchant Center

Hello,

 

the last few weeks we have been trying to get all of our products available for advertising and have been doing that successfully, until now. Yesterday we saw an increase in disapproved shopping ads and a decrease in approved shopping ads. Today it was even worse, 100% of our products are not approved and the issue is that google Merchant Center is not showing the product issue so we don´t even know why it´s happening.

First check Google Merchant Center (GMC) > Products > Feeds > Click on your feed > check the processing status > resolve any listed issues

Than check (GMC) > Products > Diagnostics > resolve all account and item errors and warnings

 

Please note diagnostics issues are only a sample, which means if you see an issue, check all products for this particular error or warning. Not just the ones listed.

 

As we have no access to your accounts, we do not know what your issue is. Providing detailed information and emails from Google may allow forum members to advice you on what to do.

Hello Emmanuel, thanks for answering.

 

We checked the processing status and it was "Completed". As for the errors there was about 40 errors on two different categories, so what you are saying is that we should check every single product (833) for these issues as the errors listed are only samples? We have been getting an accurate view of every product and how many of those are under each error but suddenly it stopped.

Checking the data feed is advised if there are errors listed in the diagnostics tab. Than resolve where you have a category issue.
