Is my company eligible to sign up for Google Customer Reviews?

I'm hoping to get the 5 star rating on my Google Ads.  We are an HVAC service, repair and install company and we do not sell anything on our site.  Are we still eligible?

yes.

google-customer-reviews is one of the many google-approved sources,
for seller-ratings-extensions data, that may be used by advertisers to
help accumulate enough ratings and reviews, to show ratings with ads.

google-customer-reviews uses the merchant-center-account
to access the google-customer-reviews-dashboard -- all other
parts of the merchant-center-account may simply be ignored.

google-customer-reviews does not require the sale
of physical-goods and does not require shopping-ads.

there are other eligibility requirements -- such as having a proper
confirmation-page when the service is ordered/requested on-line,

country requirements, providing an accurate estimated-delivery-date

when the service is expected to be be consumed by the customer, etc.
