"Disapproved or invalid" Why? I guess it is for "No pictures,"  but it has a picture? How do I fix this?

Hi Caroline

Can you please supply more information on your problem, please.

Are you supplying a valid image link within the image_link attribute?

If so, can you please supply a link to an image in question?

Please see these two links for requirements and policy regulations in regards to images

Hi Caroline,

Are you images greater than 32 x 32 pixels and without watermarks? These are the most common reasons why you're getting this error.

Thanks for the reply! I will look at the image size, but I am pretty sure they are greater than 32x32 and without watermarks. Is there someplace in google helps that addresses images?

Hi Caroline,

The links I provided in my first response will provide you information on images, however, if you are requiring assistance outwith this, then I would suggest either phoning or emailing the Google Shopping team for assistance with your account.

Community members are unable to look at individual accounts, so unfortunately, we are unable to address user problems as easily or completely as Google can with account specific issues.

Therefore, I would suggest seeing here for further assistance -

https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/item_errors?hl=en-GB&cfnti=lang.other&cft=3

Please detail your problem with as much information as possible.

Or

Using your preferred method of communication.
