Right on, same thing with me, someone, a competitor I suspect, is clicking my ads continuously and google adwords can't help so screw them, I excluded the whole area. I'm loosing but so is Google ad words because they are not getting the revenue.

They say they can't block a URL but i doubt that's true, when try and buy shoes I get the ads for the next six months?

In Google Ads, you can only block identifiable users by there IP. There is no other way to do so.

Google's Reps are correct, currently, there is no way to block based on a URL. Also not sure how that would work in any case. Google shopping is a marketplace and does not show ads on 3rd party websites.

Hi,

 

One time I had the same problem. I managed to isolate a user in Google Analytics who makes lots of clicks but very little sessions. I give this to Google Ads support. They acknowledge the problem, refund the clicks and then, this problem does not repeat again.
