Internal error (9,0) Product Feed Upload

I am extremely confused and new to this. My merchant store has been approved, my website verified, For some reason, though, my product feed will not upload. I am using google sheets because I thought it would be easiest. I keep getting this message - "internal error (9,0)" when I try to upload the data. Since I have no clue what that message means, I also don't know how to fix it. 

Can someone help?

first, be certain that the google-account being used with
the merchant-center is not a google-business-account --
google-apps-for-work -- google-apps accounts will not
work with a google-sheets feed.

otherwise, simply be certain only one feed has been
registered only once and the sheet can be accessed
by anyone with the url --

otherwise, try logging-out of google altogether and clearing

the browser's cache and cookies; or, try a different browser

such as chrome.

otherwise, forum-members cannot look into the feed or account --
