Inaccurate condition suspension warning

Google Merchant Center sent an email saying our item conditions in the feed do not match the item conditions on the landing page; that the feed says used but the landing page says new. I looked at a few of the examples in the email but all of the landing pages said used. How does Google determine what the landing page item condition is? Here is one example:

- item id N30N003: Robohand DLT-12M-L-C-125 Pneumatic Linear Actuator Thruster Slides w/ at http://www.dougdeals.com/p-67689-robohand-dlt-12m-l-c-125-pneumatic-linear-actuator-thruster-slides-...
Value in landing page: v:new
Value in the data feed: v:used

be certain that there are no inventory items
listed on any marketplaces (such as ebay)
that are also submitting the items to google
as product-listing-ads.

if so, contact marketplace-support to verify that
all items are being listed with a proper condition --
otherwise, that is grounds for a disapproval or a
suspension of any related accounts.

as an aside, in addition, only one listing
per (physical) item is generally allowed.

Hi Amy,

Your landing page looks fine to me and this disapproval is likely an error on Google's part. I believe that your best bet would be to request a manual review in Merchant Center, assuming that you have that option. If you don't then I would contact the Google support line have them help you (US: 1-866-246-6453)
