Hi Ankit

Images must adhere to specific regulations and specifications -

https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188494 (see image_link)

https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160640 - Images not displaying.

If you can supply a link to an image you are supplying we can look to see if this is an issue with the image itself.

Dear Tom,

I tried to go through the specifications but not sure what I am doing wrong, Here is what I am providing:

http://www.amartaddicts.com/#!product/prd14/3694709341/cashmere-vintage-paisley
http://www.amartaddicts.com/#!product/prd14/3684542551/tribal-art-in-mustard-color

When this was disapproved, I actually put the images on Google Drive and provided that link and that was also disapproved.

Then I tried putting images on fb page and then provided fb link but again got the disapproval.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Ankit

Hi Ankit,

I followed those 2 links to your images, but they are both HTML pages, not images. Google wants the URL of the image itself, not the URL to the page where they appear.

Google-Image bot will crawl the image URLs you provide in your data feed. The URL's must point to an image, must not be blocked by your robots.txt file, must not be password protected, and must be reachable via internet.

Redo your data feed so the URL's for images point to the actual image.

Best of Luck!

Pete

Hi Ankit

Those images, like Pete has stated are not of the image itself and leads to a pop up. Not an actual image.

Also to add to this, even the image ( http://static.wixstatic.com/media/da8a01_fc630cee31824710a05d91382722cb90.jpg_srb_p_376_376_75_22_0.... )

Has a copyright written on it, this is not allowed, no text, copyright or branding text is allowed to be placed over the image.
