first, you're welcome.

check the automatic-item-updates settings in the account
against the schema.org products microdata on the website.

if the microdata does not exist on the website then, simply
disable the settings in the account and resubmit the feed --
google may take a few weeks or more to update any messages.

if the microdata does exist on the website then, the best likely course
would be to contact whoever is maintaining the website's content to
fix the link landing-pages with the proper products/offer microdata;
then, resubmit the feed -- google may still take a few weeks or more
to recognize the fixes and update any messages.

for all the automatic-item-update issues, simply disable that feature within
the account-settings -- the feature is enabled by default and if enabled then,
all website landing-pages must include valid and accurate rich-snippets data
(schema.org products/offer microdata).

for the title issues, a valid and accurate title must
simply name the physical item without any added
promotional information and without any html, css,
special symbols, or similar marks, and be less than
150 characters; about 70 characters is optimal.

for details on how to fix such titles, whoever is handling the
feed and website details should likely be contacted directly --

To further suggest on the excellent answer Celebird gave you.

If you want to edit the titles without having wanting to edit the titles on the website, I suggest having a standalone Google Shopping Data Generator to enable editing without changing settings or titles on your website.

To improve your ranking it is very important that you edit your titles and descriptions to focus and created better results on Google Shopping.

Hi Emmanuel F, Thank you for your reply. In your reply I've got a valuable information. Would you please tell me about how to create/use 'standalone Google Shopping Data Generator'. It would be great if I could change the shopping feed title without changing the titles of the website.

Regards,
Monzurul
