I keep getting internal error when I tried to validate or upload my feed

I keep getting "internal error" when I tried to validate or upload my feed in the Merchant center.

Hi @steve a,

 

I would log out, clear the browser cache (cookies & history)... look at the browser extensions and disable AdBlock, UBlock, or any such similar extensions ...then log back in and give it a go.

I'll try that shortly. It's worked fine for months. If I dump my cookies, I'll have to find about a dozen passwords for all my logins. Oh well. I'll let you know tomorrow.

I just tried to use a different browser to see if it makes a difference. No luck. It just has a "working" symbol followed by an internal error message.

What is the method you use to submit your data feed?

Can you access the data feed yourself?

Hi @steve a,

 

Understandable on not wanting to remove cookies.

 

Have you clicked on the diagnostics tab within your Merchant account? Is there anything listed there? 

 

Since we cannot access your account, perhaps contacting a Google Merchant support specialist directly could sort things out.
