Is second hand jewelry a custom good in merchant center? If it is not, then how can I get gtin number for the product? Can it be possible to create one online?

(1) secondhand (age or condition) does not matter --
what matters is who originally manufactured the item.

(2) gtin is never, ever, required for rings.

(3) no.

creating or self-assigning global-trade-data (brand, mpn, gtin)
is grounds for disapproval or suspension at any time -- only
the original brand-manufacturer of the item can assign valid
global-trade-data.

if there is no brand-manufacturer or the item is truly custom-made --
then simply submit identifier_exists with a value of FALSE, do not submit
any global-trade-data (do not submit mpn, do not submit gtin, and do not
submit brand) and ignore any warnings.

a ring only requires a valid brand -- if the ring was manufactured,
e.g. by tiffany -- then the brand must be submitted regardless of
the age or condition of the item (identifier_exists would be TRUE).

Actually I have the brand name, but not the gtin or mpn number. So from where I can get the number? If I do not include the brand name, and submit FALSE in Identifier exists attribute, then will I get again any sort of product related warning in my Merchant Center account?

if you have the valid brand from the manufacturer then, that
is all that is needed for (apparel accessories, jewelery) rings --
rings do not require any gtin or mpn.

for a ring, simply submit the valid brand and identifier_exists as TRUE
for a ring, do not submit mpn and do not submit gtin.

yes, there will be warnings -- but for a ring,
all such warnings must simply be ignored.
