How to use identifier exists = false if using a spreadsheet to upload?

Hello, We sell custom manufactured windows and, therefore, don't have the regular product identifiers.  I've read and read about how to add this attribute identifier_exists = false, to the feed but I don't see anywhere how to add it to the spreadsheet used to upload the data.  Can someone provide an example of how this is done?

Thanks google friends!

add the new attribute as a new column --
add the new column anyplace you wish.

label the new column (header) as identifier_exists

for custom items, the (row) value should be FALSE
and do not submit any gtin, brand, or mpn values
(leave the values entirely blank) for all such items.

if all items are submitted with identifier_exists as FALSE
then, the gtin, mpn, and brand columns may be deleted
altogether from the spreadsheet.

the details of how to add (insert) a new column

depend on the exact spreadsheet being used --

e.g.

ms-office excel --
