How to sync my UPS account with my Google Feed

Hi, All

I am trying to get my shipping cost right in Google Shopping for UPS ground. However my on sight calculator is set up through an API to get customized rates for items shipped via UPS. The Google Merchant Center allows you to make a rule for UPS Ground which uses UPS's standard shipping rate which is different than my rate. I cannot simply adjust it by a percentage or dollar value because it depends on where it is being shipped to.

Here is the message I received from Google "Your product listings are currently at risk of suspension because Google Shopping doesn’t allow product listings with inaccurate Shipping costs (due to inconsistent shipping costs between the feed and the landing page)"

Medline Deluxe Rollator with Curved Back
Value on the landing page: 54.11USD
Value in the data feed: 30.14USD
Shipping Zip Code: 94043
Origin Zip Code: 60060

Deadline: Oct 26, 2014, Josh

shipping must be either (a) exactly correct or
(b) an overestimate for the majority of users
within the (registered-feed's) target-country --
for all items submitted.

so, the best likely course is to submit an overestimate
for the majority of users within the u.s. for such items --
either via a shipping attribute or shipping_label and
corresponding account setting.

otherwise, such items likely cannot be submitted.

also, be certain a proper shipping_weight value is submitted --
a proper shipping_weight requires a number, space, and a
google-supported unit for the item's weight during shipping;
12.34 oz

also, be certain a direct-to-consumer shipping method is used;

items using other types of shipping (rates) cannot be submitted.
