How to solve an account issue from google merchant center?

I got an account issue in Google Merchant Center:

1.Not performing automatic item updates for availability (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6101155?hl=en)

2.Not performing automatic item updates for price (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6101167?hl=en)

Did anyone know how to solve this problem? I did not change microdata, and developer testing tool result is fine.

either disable the feature or fix all the rich-snippets on the website.


the not-performing-automatic-item-updates messages are seen due to:
either (a) the rich-snippets on the link landing-page does not exist;
or (b) the rich-snippets on the link landing-page does not conform
to all google-shopping rules with respect to automatic-item-updates.

note that simply having rich-snippets that pass google's
structured-data-testing-tool does not necessarily mean that
the microdata conforms to all google-shopping policies and
rules for automatic-item-updates.

to resolve the issue --

either (a) navigate to the automatic-item-updates settings
within the merchant-center-account and disable the feature:
https://merchants.google.com/Home?#automaticitemupdatesettings

or (b) contact whoever is handling the rich-snippets on the site, to change
the microdata so that all the information conforms to all google's rules.

then, resubmit the products-data (feed).

the automatic-item-updates feature is optional -- however,
if the feature is enabled then, all link landing-pages must
conform to all google's rules and policies, at all times.

as an aside, the diagnostics current-issues section also shows
historical information -- clicking on each issue may sometimes
show a date and time; however, even if an issue is resolved the
messages may remain but can simply be ignored.

 

be certain to also click on the items-errors blue-box.

otherwise, a support-specialist at google may be contacted for guidance.

This is a very easy task to fix, simply add schema microdata to your landing pages.

Here is an example

note that adding microdata to a website
for product-listing-ads is optional -- and
while is a best-practice and the task can
seem easy, once added, the data must
be kept up-to-date with both the reality
of the merchant's physical inventory
and all google's related policies.

disabling the the optional automatic-item-updates
feature within the account, remains an alternative.
