those are secondary tags generated automatically by google based
on a user's search-terms, user's search-history, the type of physical
item, the left-hand-side options selected, the raw data submitted,
and many other factors known only to google.

display and formatting details cannot be forced by merchants.

google is constantly experimenting with various
ways to display and format products and data --
display and format details may change at any time.

currently, there are no format options and no
attribute or field in the feed that would force
such details -- despite this being requested
as an option, many many times.

google simply wants raw, valid, accurate, and relevant data.

the best likely course is to simply submit all the required
and recommended attributes, using plain (ascii) text without
any formatting details whatsoever -- so that the automated
systems can correctly read, interpret, and parse, the raw
data for the best possible display, depending on the context.

for example, for apparel, be certain to submit proper item_group_id
values and proper, valid, accurate, and relevant values for all
variant attributes (size, color, pattern, material) and all related
attributes such as age_group, gender, size_type, size_system,
and the exact (manufacturer's) brand.

similarly, be certain to submit titles that conform to all
variant (product group) rules and recommendations.

description should simply describe the physical item or how the physical
item might be used, using plain (ascii) text, standard (english) sentences
and punctuation -- without any ancillary formatting whatsoever.

there is also the merchant-promotions-program,
for displaying secondary merchant promotions,
depending on the ad's context -- and ratings
and reviews that may also be displayed.

as an aside, if such a formatting feature were released,

the details would typically be announced by google here --
