How to get Merchant Rating to show?

Hello, was hoping for more information on how to get our merchant ratings to show on the Google Shopping side. As of now, we have 38 merchant reviews - http://www.shopperapproved.com/reviews/authenteak.com/ . I was wondering if having our Google Store named "AuthenTEAK Outdoor Living" is affecting the delay? We have the schema markup as shown below. Do I need to change the name of the google store to just "Authenteak" or "Authenteak.com" - any help would be appreciated. We already verified our domain for our Google Shopping.

Schema on-Site

<a href="http://www.shopperapproved.com/certificates/authenteak.com/" rel="nofollow" target="shopperapproved">
            <span itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Store">
                        <span itemprop="name">authenteak.com</span>
                        <meta itemprop="url" content="authenteak.com"/>
                        &nbsp;has a Shopper Approved rating of&nbsp;
                        <span itemprop="aggregateRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/AggregateRating">
                                    <span itemprop="ratingValue">4.7</span>/<span itemprop="bestRating">5</span>
                                    &nbsp;based on <span itemprop="ratingCount">35</span> ratings and reviews
                        </span>
            </span></a>

yes, as a first-step the merchant name and url set within the reviews-site
and the business branded store-name and registered site domain (url),
set within the merchant-center-account, usually must both match exactly.

the reviews-site usually must submit the data or have

that data crawled by google on behalf of the merchant.

also, the data collected usually must include at least 30 unique reviews --
each from the past 12 months with a composite rating of at least 3.5 stars;

note that google may collect data from a variety of third-party sources and

if the composite data is below the 3.5 stars the data might not show.

also, be certain to choose opt-in within the seller-ratings form --
https://services.google.com/fb/forms/SellerRatingExtensions/

the best likely course would be to contact the reviews-sites directly;
in this case, simply contact shopper-approved-support directly --
most reviews-sites can verify the data is being submitted properly
or crawled properly, is sufficient to meet the current policies, and
usually can contact google on the merchant's behalf.
