How to fix product titles and descriptions in Google Shopping

I have noticed that for some items in Google Shopping with more than one offer,

the offers are all accumulated under one product image, title, and description.

The problem is, when the product I am offering does not match the title and description.

For example, this product: https://www.google.com/shopping/product/5006897728898071426

The product title is inaccurate, these are not listings for empty boxes.

The product description is also inaccurate as it states the item has been tested which would not be the case for new games.

This product matches the GTIN/UPC on the "community" product page, so it is not a case where the product is being incorrectly matched. These are errors on the product page.

How do I go about getting this fixed?

I tried the "Send feedback" link, after submitting my request it said they may not respond.

Is there a way of requesting fixes for product images, title, and/or descriptions on community product pages which at least will be responded to?

currently, there is no such request form with a direct response --
the response will simply be to fix the issue if google determines
that action should be taken based on the feedback.

currently, there is no way to force any such display or formatting --
google decides most all format and display of product-listing-ads
and the data under compare-prices on google-shopping; which
are mostly automatic and algorithmic from a variety of sources
including other merchants, direct from the manufacturer, etc.

generally, always submit the most accurate and relevant
product data, for the exact physical item, for all attributes --
in case google does select the submitted product to use
for the visible information within google-shopping or as
the product-listing-ad based on the user's search details;

especially if the item submitted is used or refurbished.

otherwise, the best likely course is to

contact a product-listing-ads specialist.
