REMOVE.pngStillErrors.png

I have a question that I do need help urgently and I have no clue how to fix that...

1. I am trying to DELETE and remove both setting for SFTP and FTP since not using them any longer. There were set up like long, long time ago and we just noticed them now since they cause issues. I have no clue where they are, how to remove them? Every time I click on password - charges password only. Where are they how to delete them. Third party feeds? We did not set this up, some developer did it for us years ago. Why there is no button or easy way to remove that? Complicated as it can be....

2. We using those feeds now and they so they are ok. I belive they causing those errors with insufficient price and item updates since it shoots feeds from the old files and worst thing is we do not even know what are those and where they coming from.....

This is what we using now....and it works but we get those errors about price and item info because of those old feeds.

One of the feeds we using now - works.

Please if someone can give us clear directions how to remove it and where I truly appreciate it since I tried everything and I have no clue how to remove that.

Thanks,

first, thank you for the screen-captures.

(1) to disable ftp/sftp, simply change the ftp/sftp passwords
to something secure -- there is no such concept as removing
sftp/ftp entries from the merchant-center-account.

also, contacting the developer to stop submitting any data is likely prudent.

(2) insufficient-match-of-microdata errors relate mainly to the website;
the website must have separate link landing-pages, with fixed prices and
the proper currency and language for each target-country -- otherwise,
a primary-feed cannot be used, at all, for that country.

automated currency-conversion or automated language-translation,
on a website/link landing-pages, are not allowed for shopping-ads --

any related discrepancies between submitted-data and website data are

grounds for a disapproval or a suspension from the program, at any time.

(3) insufficient-match-of-microdata errors relate mainly
to the structured-data/microdata that is, or is not, properly
implemented on a website --

be certain there is no automated-currency-conversion on the

website, all prices are fixed, and (a) the price submitted, (b)

the price displayed to users, and (c) the structure-data price,

all match, exactly, at all times.

(4) within the products-feeds-tab, click on each feed-file name,
then click on settings -- fetch-schedule -- to determine if, how,
and when, product-data is being fetched by google.

also, clicking on the item's title, under the products-list-tab,

will indicate the source of the data, under technical-details.

(5) also, be certain to check the api-diagniostics-tab,
within the merchant-center-account, to be certain that
no data is being uploaded via the api; the api does not
require any ftp to send data to google:
https://merchants.google.com/mc/apidashboard

otherwise, the best likely course would be to contact google-customer-service.
