How to change my data feed upload from FTP to manual

In the past we used agency to manage our feed. We now are doing it ourselves, and due to several issues, we are unable to have the feed fetched automatically and must do a manual upload. That is not a problem, however in the merchant center dashboard it still shows this as paused even though we have been manually sending a new feed on a regular basis. How do we correct/fix this?

simply check the last-upload-date, expiry-date, and status, under the feeds-tab,
and the file-uploaded-on date under the status-tab of the registered feed --
by clicking on the (feed) file's name.

also, check the individual item-status by clicking on an item's title under
the products-tab -- and the website and overall status by clicking on any

links inside the account, feed, and item, blue-boxes, and their respective

affected-items numbers, under the diagnostics-tab.

the registered feed must simply be re-uploaded monthly -- typically,
a week or so before the feed's expiry-date, or immediately, whenever
a change to the website, price, or physical on-hand inventory occurs,
regardless of the re-upload method.

paused has nothing whatever to do with
either a manual or ftp data-feed upload.

paused relates to a scheduled-fetch, only -- and may otherwise be ignored.

as an aside, note that a manual-upload is limited to a 20mb file.
