I want to know how to Request a re-evaluation of my Merchant Center. Please specific answer my question.


The Email:

Google Shopping requires that merchants provide transparency into their site and the product that's being promoted. For example, we require merchants to provide users with accurate contact information.
This policy is a comprehensive policy that was developed to help protect users from ads, websites, and businesses that appear to be generally deceptive or misleading.


I have already re-write contact information. But i don't know whether correct to do. So please contact me quickly.

if the email from google is signed by a specialist

on the google-shopping team, that includes a

trouble-ticket number in the subject line, simply

use a direct email reply.


otherwise, simply make the changes to the feed or website, then
resubmit the feed with all items you wish to list that are currently

in your physical inventory, and then submit the following form --

in the form, be certain to indicate both the

feed and website require a reevaluation

and susinctly summarize the issue and

exactly what changes were made.

a google-adwords representative from the

google-ads-team may also be contacted here --

be certain to use the drop-down country menu, and the
drop-down language menu, to display the appropriate
contact details for your country, language, and time zone.

when contacting adwords, be certain to emphasize that the
issue and (site) reevaluation relates to "product listing ads".
