How to Escalate Google Shopping Related Issue?

Hi.

 

We are facing issue with Google Merchant Center account for one of my clients with status "Account suspended due to violation of feed specification: inappropriate images".

We corrected the images and the feeds, re-uploaded the spreadsheet and the account isn't active till now.

Have been facing this issue since April 21st 2015 and till date haven't got a resolution from Google Tech Support team. Every-time I call up support, they say the concerned rep is talking to Tech Specialist and this will require more time. It's been 3 weeks without a resolution to the issue.

 

Why should my client suffer due to delay from Google Support Team?

 

Can anyone help me with this?

Have you changed the image link name? If you have kept the same name Google's Crawler will not re fetch it.

Add a query string at the end like myimage.jpg?1234

Or change the name.

Check the diagnostics panel for any other issues. Also note that some errors when fixed will be delayed in being removed, while new errors will appear instantly. It's just how it works.

Hi Ashish,

 

To be honest with you, I interacted with Support Team regarding the merchant center account issues couple of times in the past and both the times, response was excellent and I was able to resolve the account issue in some days.

 

Make sure that the feed you are uploading, that doesn't violate the policies repeatedly. You should ensure that there is no price mismatch, only qualified images are used, shipping details are mentioned clearly with other important attributes that are mandatory and correctly added in the feed. I agree with Pankaj, Google Support Team Response was excellent to resolved the issue as soon as possible.

Please re-check the all feed fields and prepare according to guidelines.
