How many days is "shipped in a timely manner"?

Company I work with sell furniture and home furnishing products (online). Before availability attribute values "in stock", and "available for order" were merged they used the second - "available for order" for the most part of their product feed.

They  send out different types of products to customers at least once a week (large/heavy items are shipped only once a week). This is why, and to simplify, they put "Shipped in 5 business days" on product pages.

Now, since there is no "available for order" value available is it OK for them to use "in stock" value?

timely indicates that the order can be placed immediately by
the customer using the e-commerce system on the website,
accepted by the merchant, and the product can be shipped
using a direct-to-consumer shipping method, in a reasonable
time, based mainly on the type of physical item.

be certain shipping information is never submitted in a feed --
except (potentially) within a valid shipping attribute value.

five days for heavy or large items is likely timely; however,
google is the final arbiter of timely given the type of item.

note that any (misleading) information related to a product,

within the feed or on the site, can (adversely) effect quality

and therefore performance in the auctions.
