How do I block specific products in my Google shopping campaign?

I can see that product ads are getting clicks but no conversion. How do I block those in ADWords? Or do I need to do that in Merchant?

there are a quite a few methods available to block items from the auctions.

for example, within the shopping-campaign simply select the item
by id and mark the item as excluded (no bid) from the auctions.

for example, add a custom_label_0 attribute with a
specific value (e.g. no-conversions) and then isolate
those items to a specific product-group with no bids.

for example, simply delete the items from the feed altogether.

note that if an item is deleted -- never reuse the id value, for any other
inventory item, unless that exact same inventory item is added-back later.

there are other account-specific campaign and feed options available.

that said, clicks with no conversions can be an indicator of something amiss --
such as a poor quality landing-page, irrelevant attribute-values with respect
to the physical item, etc; and may deserve some needed attention in the feed
or on the website -- rather than simply removing the items from the auctions.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to contact a support
specilist so they can walk through the account-specific steps.

Hi Celebird, when you add a custom label and target these both in excluding them and in another custom label.

Which of the two will be done.

Meaning the custom label which is excluded or the custom label with a cpc bidding?
As one product can belong in two different groupings.

highest (priority and) bid wins.

the critical term in the original answer was isolate --
if there is some detail such that the item cannot be
isolated, such as matching multiple product-groups,
or some other form of overlap then, one of the other

methods should be considered.

otherwise, if there is any concern whatsoever then,
a support specialist should be contacted directly so
that they can look directly into the feed and account.
