I can not get this to work.  Where can I get help getting this working.  I called ADWORDS support and they were totally lost as to how to do this.

Also, when I follow what has already been written here it asks me for a video ad.

The full tutorial is here : https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6303978

Make sure that you have a YouTube video, a common misconception is that you can use any video. Which is not the case, you can only use your own uploaded videos.

Hope it helps.

(a) asking for assistance outside this forum, or making offers
of assistance outside of this forum, or soliciting business or
promoting services within this forum, are all violations of
google's forum-guidelines and not allowed.

(b) note that trueview-for-shopping-campaign shopping-ads are typically aside,

or directly inside, to the right, of the video -- whereas merchandise-carousels

that are *underneath* a video are most often part of the channel-format and

have absolutely nothing whatever  to do with any google-ads.

the merchandise-carousals beneath a video, in the channel-content,
are usually a form of affiliate-advertising and inserted into a specific

youtube-channel, using the youtube-creator-studio-feature -- similar

content may also be added using youtube-creator-studio.

(c) some affiliates or third-party-marketplace-venues, offer
internal tools to help insert their merchandise-carousals,
beneath a video, in concert with youtube-creator-studio.

for details related to using creator-studio on youtube,
the best likely course is to post in the youtube-forums

also, possibly, contact the third-party support-organization directly,
if the products relate to an affiliate, marketplace, or similar venue.

generally, shopping-ads do not allow affiliate related supply-chains
or direct advertising on behalf of third-party or marketplace venues.
