Help with errors - data feed

Using the Google spreadsheet to create feed....

 

Missing tax information error: I get this error for 5 out of the 10 items, however, I am using the very same entry for all the items (US:FL:7.00:n) field attribute name I am using is "tax(country:location id:rate:tax_ship)"

 

Missing required attribute: condition - I have "new" listed for each item, Im not sure how that can be messed up?

 

I have other errors as well, but maybe I can get some help with these and it will show me something fundamental I am missing.

errors shown may simply be examples or samples --
one error can represent an issue with all items; so,
a hand-inspection of all data is typically required.

tax should not contain any parentheses -- e.g.
US:FL:7.00:n

 

the attribute (column) name should simply be:

tax

 

also, if the google-spreadsheet is used to submit a .txt feed file,

check the uploaded file within a browser window for any quotes.

also, any issues with the feed can cause processing to look into the account
for tax and shipping data -- be certain to check any tax or shipping settings.

issues with the title, description, and other attribute details --
such as including special characters, symbols, quotes, or multiple
encodings -- can cause unrelated issues, such as with condition.

generally, be certain to use all plain (ascii) text
without any special-charters or mixed encodings --
check the entire file or spreadsheet before uploading
to be certain quotation marks or similar stray symbols
are not seen.

also, be certain all items submitted have a proper image_link
that displays an exact image of the product being shipped --
items without proper product images cannot be submitted.

 

otherwise, unfortunately, forum members cannot look into feeds or accounts --
we would typically need a specific spreadsheet (url) and specific account

messages posted here in the public forums to offer more specific suggestions.
