Help needed for Shipping and MPN attributes

Hi,
We have two different questions:

1. How do we create MPN? Can we create it manually, a unique one for each product?

2. How to define attributes if the same product is delivered in different weights with different shipping charges?

We will appreciate your time and help.
Thanks

(1) mpn cannot be created by merchants.

creating or self-assigning mpn or any global-trade-data (mpn, gtin, brand)
is grounds for disapproval or suspension from the program, at any time.

global-trade-data (mpn, gtin, brand) must be identical across all merchants

selling the item and must be assigned by a brand-manufacturer to the exact

item being sold.

if required, proper, global-trade-data currently exists

then the proper global-trade-data must be submitted.

otherwise, if the proper, required, global-trade-data does not currently exist

simply do not submit any global-trade-data (mpn, gtin, brand) for the item --

and then submit an identifier_exists attribute with a value of FALSE

google never requires the creation of any global-trade-data --

mpn, gtin, brand -- if the valid data does not currently exist.

(2) if the same item is sold in different weights then
either submit only one of the item-offers or submit

each of the variants as a separate item-offer.

each variant item-offer submitted must have an identical item_group_id

value and at least one other variant attribute -- e.g. size (weight) --  for

all items in the variant group.

each (variant) item-offer would also have separate shipping details --

either by using account-settings and a shipping_label or a separate

shipping attribute in the feed.

a shipping_weight attribute with a valid value --
number, space, and supported unit -- per item

is also required if shipping is based on weight; e.g.
