HEALTHCARE AND MEDICINES - Your policies are "unfixable"

I am absolutely sick of your policies on healthcare & medicines google.

 - They reflect your ideas on what is right or wrong within a country , nothing to do with the local advertising policies within a country

    ( I am talking about NZ / Australia )

 - You say you use legitscript to evaluate product(s) / feeds - a system that I would get about 2 queries on before I have to pay for it.  then I have no idea what to look for as the products with red flags are very broad and usually for other countries.

 - You banned my feed on multiple occassions for no specific reason ( only general  )  and specific products as well.

 - an example you gave of a product that is not allowed ( glucosamine  ) is sold by HUNDREDS of other companies and is active in google sopping all the time.

 - We don't sell anything that could not be purchased over the counter in a health store , nor do we make claims about the product(s)

 - apparently you cannot manually review feeds

How on EARTH do you make a decision like this without have a specific reason.  I tell you what , if I had the money I would sue Google and teach you a lesson in integrity!!

DO THE RIGHT THING google!  don't be EVIL !

the link posted seemed to be returning a 404-not-found

http://www.return2health.net/joint-health/glucosamine/deva-nutrition-glucosamine-msm-cmo/%c2%a0/

perhaps this is the link:
http://www.return2health.net/joint-health/glucosamine/deva-nutrition-glucosamine-msm-cmo/

any claims, in any capacity, are generally not allowed,
anyplace on the website with respect to any health-care
related products -- even with disclaimers and even if
not submitted in the feed; e.g.
"Studies indicate that Glucosamine provides the building blocks for constructing cartilage."

also, reviews of any kind typically require clear disclaimers:
http://www.return2health.net/joint-health/glucosamine/deva-nutrition-glucosamine-msm-cmo/reviews/

some drug-terms, and categories of products or ingredients, are also

not allowed, or allowed with restrictions, on the website, with respect

to google's policies and rules of participating in google's shopping-ad

program, regardless of any local or regional authority.

Hello there;

We are not Google, We are volunteers (i.e peers) who help other peers.  so "fuming" on us is justified...

Anyway, please share your website URL so we can have a look.

Thanks , I didn't know ; well I guess I am clutching at straws as it's hard to get any sense out of them directly.

** bear in mind.. this is not even in the shopping feed either - yet it was the example they gave for why my feed is banned.

Thanks.  I guess we don't have a choice.  We spend about $400/hr getting pages approved by TAPS in New Zealand so that we can advertise on radio or newspaper or whatever..  but that seems to have no bearing on Googles "dictatorship"

first, you're welcome.

generally, restricting the descriptions to the raw information
about the physical product or the physical product's tangible
details, without any claims related to outcomes, or any claim
related information is usually best.

however, this is primarily a peer-to-peer forum --

forum-members can mainly offer suggestions

based on the details posted here in public.

posting more information related to google's feedback, waiting for more
feedback from other forum-members, asking google for specific examples
of what may still be in violation, and posting those details here in public,
before making any changes or reaching any conclusions, is likely prudent.

sure: re googles feedback; Unfortunately google's feedback is inconsistent - and non-specific.

Asking to comply to a regulation without giving specifics is not really good business ethics - they must have had specific reasons to come to this conclusion in the first place - why don't they just share that info..?

The issue here is clearly with the claims.

e.g >>Glucosamine plays an important role in good joint health

You should review the claims of all products and "lower" the tone about the benefits/advantages of the products in terms of cure or healing.
