Can anybody help me? Two of my best selling products show up as having no products in the group when I look in Adwords, I have had no click and I am losing money!

I have looked at my feed that is in the Merchant Center and I have no errors, anybody know what the problem could be? Screen print below show what product looks like in Adwords.

Thanks!

Hi Simon,

Based on the merchant center account which is linked with AdWords and the feed you are using, it will sync with the AdWords Product campaign you are running. It also depends upon how you have created the Product Targets because if the product target you add, if it doesn't fulfill the requirement of the products which are actually in your feed, then it might not sync properly.

Just wondering whether you upgraded from PLA campaigns to Shopping Campaigns till now or not because as per the announcement made by the AdWords, these PLA campaigns will be retiring in late August. So in case if you haven't upgraded, I would first suggest you to do that upgrade. Read this official blog containing all the resources about Shopping Campaigns before you make the upgrade: http://adwords.blogspot.in/2014/06/win-digital-shelf-with-our-new-guide-to.html

Let us know if that helps!

syncing all submitted (feed) data with adwords
may sometimes take 24-72 hours or so -- verify,
there are no issues with the data (feed) reported
within the merchant-center-account.

also, any change to the data-feed or within adwords --
such as a campaign's structure -- can cause an item
to (not) match a specific or different group or target.

be certain to check for any changes to any feed
or any change to any campaign within adwords.

otherwise, google may be contacted here --

when contacting adwords, be certain to emphasize
that the question concerns "product listing ads".
