Hello , I have a problem with my multi account on google shopping . Some of my websites get suspended cause policy violation . I tried to contact the support trough the application and fill out with all the details , but nobody respond me since 3 weeks . The account is suspended cause policy violation . I would like to know the problem on the account to be able to fix the  issues . 

There is some number could I contact for Google shopping support ?

please note that contact-features and availability tend to
be affected by location, time-of-day, day-of-week, and the
current ad-account status and suspension details -- log-in

is usually key to help understanding the violation
and if a reinstatement is even possible.

posting, here in public, all the specific website url links that have been
claimed in all accounts, and the original suspension email from google, or
any follow-up or related emails from google, minus any personal or private

details, may allow other forum-members to offer more specific suggestions.

generally, google allows only one merchant-center-account,
one ad-account, and one claimed website, for shopping-ads --
google may issue a suspension flag at any time.

otherwise, some suspensions are simply permanent --
if the policy-teams have issued a permanent-suspension,
then no further information from google, other than the
same similar response that the decision is final, will
usually be forthcoming.

for a permanent suspension about the only course of action is
to use other advertising services, that do not involve google.

They reply me and send me the link to a screenshot to identify the issue , but it seems the image has been removed or the url is not correct . This is the link to the image :

this is a rather old thread.

 

forum-members do not have access to private images.

 

try copying the image to a public

website and post the public url.

Your image requires a log in to a Google account. We forum members can not do that, or can not be expected to do that. Instead simply choose full editor under the post/reply button here on the forum and upload the image to the post.

Failure to clearly and conspicuously disclose all related conditions before and after purchase
  • Examples: Missing merchant terms and conditions, contact information, or shipping information. Return and refund policy that is unclear, missing, or not easily discoverable. 

The contact information of your business should be available in your website. It's not enough an email address. The full address of the business should appear in the website in Terms and Conditions http://www.organicstars.net/return-policies/ also in the contact part of the site.

Irresponsible data collection and use

Google wants users to trust that information about them will be respected and handled with appropriate care. As such, our advertising partners should not misuse this information, nor collect it for unclear purposes or without appropriate security measures.

Right now your website is not secure for the users. When processing personal information from customers, make sure that you use a secure processing server (SSL-protected, with a valid SSL certificate). With SSL, your webpage URL will appear with https:// instead of http://.

If you don't have SSL and need to implement it for one or more pages on your website, here you can find an article with more information. 

Once you implement the SSL certificated and add contact information about your business (address of the business) , please reply this email in order to scale this case to the Merchant Center team

I realize that in the webpage of return policies , there was en error in the address . I have now correct the business address and add it to return policies , contact page and footer .
