My business related to the bullion products and i want to add my products on merchant center. I also knew the google merchant center policies in which they not allowed bullion products for such type of promotion, but for same product others bullion product ad visible.

My question is simple if the policy are for all then why others ad visible & not mine.

collectible coin circulation sets are allowed --
metal bullion coins or similar products are not.

as to seeing items for a specific search-term, there are a few possibilities:
(a) the item is violating the policies but has simply not been flagged yet;
(b) the search-term is indeed triggering a product-listing-ad however,
the product itself is not that search-term and is allowed -- for example,
buy elephants may trigger a product-listing-ad, elephants are not allowed
to be sold, but the ad is not for an actual, literal, physical, elephant.

to report a potential policy violations by others, google may be contacted here:

google is the final arbiter of all policies.
