Google data feed

I am logged in to my Merchant Account and can access the Dashboard, but cannot open the Data Feeds link to see my existing feeds or upload a new one.  Have tried both selecting from the menu on the left, the link at the bottom of the Dashboard, and from the individual Data Feeds listed on the Dashboard page - none work.  Have also rebooted, cleared cahce/temp files and tried in compatibility mode.

My most recent Data Feed expired a few days ago, so I', desperate to upload a now one!  Any ideas?

first, try using a different browser such as
chrome and access the following direct link --
https://www.google.com/merchants/bulkuploads#feeds.dashboard

also, try selecting "all" for the country.

generally, be certain only one single feed has been
registered with google (for a target-country) and
do not delete or register a new data-feed unless
directed to do so by a person at google.

use the same registered data-feed for updates --

item changes, additions, or deletes; any missing

item from the feed is considered a delete.

items are tracked by id; the id for an

inventory item should never change.

the single registered feed can handle

between one and 100,000 items or so.

the same registered data-feed with updated information

should be re-uploaded at least monthly, approximately

one week before the feed (items) are scheduled to expire --

or as soon as any critical change to inventory information

or the website occurs.

otherwise, the best likely course is to
contact a person directly at google.

Installing and using Chrome seems to have worked, thank you - although I had hoped to avoid doing that (not a Chrome fan!)
