I create a merchant account, then i upload a feed, but doesnt show me the feed in diagnostic.Why is this?

I think something may be wrong configurated?

 

Can you help me please.

generally, the diagnostics-tab will not be populated
until after all feed has been fully processed, and
will not be fully populated until after the website
and images have been crawled -- which may
sometimes take 72-hours or so.

for new accounts and new feeds, google may also take 72-hours to inspect
the items submitted, images, website, business details, supply-chain, etc.

rather, look to the products-feed and processing
tabs and the products-list tab for details --

check the feed status/processing details by clicking on the feed's name:
https://merchants.google.com/mc/products/sources

check item-status by clicking on the item's title under the products-list-tab:
https://merchants.google.com/mc/items
then, click on the item's title for individual item status.

check the message-archive by clicking on the mail-envelope and subject-lines:
https://merchants.google.com/mc/inbox

also, check the home-tab for any account issues:
https://merchants.google.com/mc/merchantdashboard
click any red-boxed learn-more/contact-us/suspended links, near the top/right.

if there are any potential issues seen, simply fix the issues, in
the submitted data or on the website, then resubmit the feed.

otherwise, this is mainly a public peer-to-peer community forum and
forum-members cannot look into any account detail or submitted data.

posting more specific details, here in public, may allow other forum-members
to offer more specific suggestions -- for example, screen-captures of the
products-feed, products-feed processing, products-list tabs, and specific
items after clicking on a item's title under the products-list-tab, the
exact data being submitted, website url, etc.

otherwise, google may be contacted directly for guidance.
