Google doesn't publish revenue figures for their advertising customers. But from my experience Google Shopping revenue on average is about double click spend. So if you can find numbers for Google Shopping click spend, and double it, that would be a reasonable estimate.
Potential sales depends on allot of factors. Brands, niche of products, country location etc...
It also depends on how much you are willing to spend.
