Google Shopping and Shopify

Hi,

We want to integrate our Shopify Store and sync it with Google Shopping. Is that possible?
Will google shopping work with a Shopify Button only? Or do we need to have a Shopping Cart on our website in order to use Google Shopping?

And last but not least - Will google shopping work with other carts/e-commerce platforms or only Shopify?

Thanks in advance!

the best likely course is to contact shopify support directly.

generally, most larger e-commerce systems allow some
form of inventory integration with google product-feeds or

content-api; product-listing-ads require a shopping-cart;

google tends not to recommend any specific third-parties.

generally, only physical inventory items that are owned by

the merchant selling the items are allowed to be submitted.

Pretty much all eCommerce platforms will work as long as it adheres to the policies. Such as secure checkout, privacy policy etc...

When you say Shopify button do you mean a button that leads to a shopify site or a button on a shopify site. As there are two different things. You can not advertise for referral links.

You need to have the products in stock, in your warehouse. No drop shipping or referrals aloud.
