Google Shopping ads not showing for product title keywords
My Google Shopping ads aren't showing up for generic keywords only branded even though the generic keywords desired are in the product title. The Implementation team set up the campaign and it still isn't working properly please advise.

google-shopping (product-listing-ad) results are
based on the bid and multiple quality factors on
the website and within the feed -- not keywords.
generally, be certain that all attributes submitted
for the item are relevant to the physical item and
are high quality -- for example, title should simply
name the physical item using plain (ascii) text;
but any low-quality values can lower quality.
for example, keyword stuffing or information that is irrelevant
with respect to naming the physical item, within the title, can
any submitted global-trade-data (mpn, brand, gtin)
should be assigned by the brand-manufacturer --
not the merchant; the merchant's store brand is
automatically assigned based on account settings.
generally, self-assigned global-trade-data
violates the policies and can lower quality.
also, be certain that the item matches a product-group
and is assigned enough bid to compete competitively
within the auctions.
also, check the impression and click statistics within
adwords; searching for the same items over and over
again can adversely affect individual auction results.
also, check for any negative words, filters, or priorities,
(within adwords) or any improper handling of id values,
that may be blocking the items from the auctions.
otherwise, google does not, in any way, guarantee
that an item (ad) will show (on google-shopping)
for any particular search-term or user.
