Google Shopping Products are not showing because of images

Hello

For some reason 9 of my products are not displaying on Google Shopping. I have spoken with a Google representative and she told me to add this lines to my robots.txt file - https://www.hifix.co.uk/robots.txt

User-agent: Googlebot Disallow:

User-agent: AdsBot-Google Disallow:

User-agent: Googlebot-Image Disallow:

I added them but nothing changed my products are still not showing. I contacted google again and I was told that the problem is still in the robots.txt . However, they didn't give me any further details.

Could anyone Help me resolve this issue

Thank you

Steps to check possible issues

Login to Google Merchant and check your data feed for any errors and warnings. If there are any, please fix them
Check that all your products are approved in the diagnostics screen when you login to Google Merchant
If you have image issues, check if the image are accessible using a online service such as https://httpstatus.io/

These steps should get you going in fixing your issues.

The robots.txt is not really an issue.
Also note that diagnostics errors can have a delay of up to 30 days as not every page on your site re-crawled every day.

Hope it helps.

as an aside, if a person at google is indicating to update the robots.txt,
any such google-related entries should go at the very end of robots.txt

also, be certain that any image_link or additional_image_link url's
point to a supported file format -- not an image-carousel or similar --
and can be crawled by google at all times.

also, if the image-url's are dynamic, consider using static image url's or be
certain to update the feed as soon as any change to an image's url occurs.

also, be certain all images meet all google's policies for images --
especially with respect to any variant item-offers related to color.

check the nine product images by clicking on the product's title

within the products-tab of the merchant-center-account -- note

that a single disapproval status can be for multiple issues.

otherwise, only google can look into account details --

the best likely course would be to re-contact google.
