google merchant account why I suspended?
The email I google shopping violating policies, please help me explain where do I violate the policies google shopping?

the email should describe the violations
with a link to the policies being breached.

generally, a hand-inspection of the submitted data (feed) and the
website, against all current rules, policies, and recommendations
might be done, regardless of any messages.

also, check the main dashboard within the
merchant-center for overall account status.

also, check the current-issues section under the diagnostics-tab for
specific account, data-feed, and items (website) issues -- by clicking
on each of the blue-boxed or flagged errors, warnings, or notifications.

also, check the specific feed status by clicking
on the data-feed's name under the feeds-tab.

also, check the individual item's status by clicking
on the item's title under the products-tab and
clicking on the link under the technical-details area.

otherwise, forum members cannot look into data-feeds or accounts --
we would need more information such as exact status information,
any exact messages, screen-captures, registered url, etc, posted
here in the public forum [minus any personal or private information]
to help diagnose any potential issues and offer suggestions.

generally, google may disapprove an item, feed, or website at any time.

otherwise, simply contact google directly and ask for a
merchant-center, product-listing-ads, support specialist.

To further reply to the already excellent message from Celebird. Contacting Google Adwords team would be required, if you need more explanation.

First check what the email says and what you need to fix. Than check your data feed error report.

Once you have made all the changes first submit your new data feed as a test feed, so that you can test if the feed has any more errors. Once that is done you can submit a live feed.

However there might be issues that you do not have a returns policy or that you are not clearly identifying yourself in the contact page. Also your checkout needs to be SSL secured if you are collecting confidential details.

Or hiring a google shopping expert / consultant if you have trouble achieving all this.
