Google Shopping: How to turn off "Minimum Order" message on ads

Hi All!

Thanks in advance for your input. My client's shopping ads say "$75 Minimum Order" when they are served on Google (see screenshot here: https://screencast.com/t/AXcSZksbZ8ek) . They don't have a minimum order. How do I turn this off / where is it generated from?

Thanks!

Greg

google may display a minimum-order or similar details --
if (a) a minimum-order-value was set in the shipping-settings of the account;
or (b) unit_pricing_measure or unit_pricing_base_measure were submitted;
or (c) proper item_group_id and variant-attributes, such as size and color,
were not properly submitted, if multiple variants were submitted to google.

note that if the information submitted, or set in the account, is
inaccurate for the physical item-offer being sold and shipped
to the customer, then correcting all such related information,
should be done immediately and the product-feed data resubmitted.

however, if the information submitted, or set in the account,
is accurate for the physical item-offer being sold and shipped
to the customer, changing any such related information, simply
to circumvent google's display of such information, is a policy
violation and grounds for disapproval or suspension from the
program, at any time.

Thanks Celebird!

When you say:
"a) a minimum-order-value was set in the shipping-settings of the account;"

Are you referring to the Adwords or Merchant Center account?
